Chicken Soba Zagin Niboshi in Osaka

Awesome place! We had no idea what we were ordering because the staff is not really speaking English that well so we just pushed pretty randomly two buttons on the machine right out front. The meal was super delicious! Cold Soba noodles with pork and fish slices and hot and creamy pork broth to dip the noodles in it. You probably never had such a creamy and rich tasting pork broth before. It was more like a gravy broth. We will be back in Osaka in about a week and we are going to go there again!

The best ramen I have tried in the last 5 years. It's so yummy that I went to this ramen shop twice in my last Osaka trip. I couldn't help but finished the ramen and the soup. The meat, egg and the deep fried veg were also taste excellent. Much better than other chained ramen.

I really recommend the chicken soba here; the soup is flavor,noodle is chewy, the ingredients are simple but yummy. We also ordered nigori soba; the soup is made of dried fish, it’s rich but too salty. Even if the price of this store is higher than other one, I will still come back to have the chicken soba, again.

Unbelievably rich and tasty stock, considering it's made with chicken and not pork as I would have come to expect from the colour and consistency. Has a very clean and balanced flavour that would make me more than happy to have a flask of it at hand during my work days to keep me going. Highly recommended for a different yet enjoyable ramen dining experience.

Staffs service is 5*, ramen soup base is tasty 5*, noodle texture i can give 4*, the meat slice taste wierd for me, i will only give 1 star

Excellent food and superb services. The noodle is springy but not chewy. The soup is very tasty. I would definitely recommend. Note the staffs do not speak English.

This is the real deal. The number two soba at the ticket booth was absolutely terrific. The broth seems to base itself on milk, the noodles were cooked perfectly and the ramen is topped with slices of burdock root.If you are a foodie, I highly recommend going there. The staff was welcoming and professional. A unique twist on a delicious soup.

Perfect chicken soup ramen! Can’t get better than this. Needa line up a bit usually but its all good as it alll worths it! Again, this is the best of the best :)

Really impressive types of ramens. Rich in flavour broth, both sardine and chicken, silky and intense taste. Worth waiting in lane for experiencing more than your everyday ramen.

Best ramen we had in Osaka! Chicken broth was wholesome, flavorful and comforting on a chilly night. Fried burdock and meat were really tasty. Sardine-based broth was slightly saltier, although flavorful. That said, clear broth was provided at the side to be added according to your preference. Service was excellent although we could not speak Japanese - English menu is available. Overall, a very enjoyable dinner!

Excellent bowl of soup. We had the hot soba in the “cloudy” broth (I think it was chicken broth) and it was delicious. Different from traditional ramen type bowls but very flavourful and delicious. The gentleman that greeted us helped us order (you order from a machine at the entrance) and he did speak a bit of English so that helped. They do have an English menu though it can be hard to translate. Highly recommend this place for a great bowl of soba!

One of the best ramen i ever tasted! Good service and nice staff. The broth was rich and the noodle itself was very al dente(springy). The Tsukemen was amazing as well, really enjoyed the food here.

Order the first item on the machine and add the smokey egg for 120 yen on the right side. Thank me later. 👌

So good! The normal chicken 850yen soup base has alot of flavour yet isn't so strong and salty and the only ramen shop I've drank all the soup! is an absolute must try! With the 100 yen egg ! Went here 3 times for the 2 days I've been in Osaka. Staff are also very polite and welcoming

Zagin Niboshi present excellent ramen. Extraordinary flavor combination among each ingredient. The broth shows amazing balance and being tasty with noodles. We tried four different flavors. All are identical and brilliant. Zagin Niboshi offers not only gourmet but also friendly environment. We’ve quite enjoyed. Definitely recommended.

One of the most delicious soba dishes I have ever tried. Chicken/fish stock based meals. Though they have limited English it was enough for us to understand what each dish was. We went with first option which was a chicken stock with ham. Meals are ordered by ticket machine. Recommended.

#1 soba dish is a must, well balanced, beautiful presentation..

Waited 45 minutes before getting in for lunch but it was worth it. The broth is really creamy and stands out from regular ramen. The soba noodles were perfect. The entire dish presentation was also really well done.

Best soba I’ve had in Japan

I was a big fan of the chicken broth and my sister the sardines. You order outside with a machine. Staff was incredibly friendly and helped brought us an English menu and helped us with the machine.

I should highly recomend this restaurant! The soup was excelent - it was incredible experience! ❤️
